An Unexpected Look for a Transformative New Product Launch

New Directions, New Growth for Women Leaders-to-be
The Prouty Project was ready to launch “Prouty i•Will” a new women’s retreat designed to ignite women in leadership and life. Prouty i•Will is designed to be a total immersion, transformative leadership experience that will stretch women participants into new directions, for growth and for finding their true purpose.

THE CHALLENGE:
To attract a solid number of ideal candidates for their new product, The Prouty Project needed a “fresh and unexpected” look that bore no resemblance to the numerous options of women’s leadership programs and conferences already flooding the marketplace. There were already so many clichés in the marketplace about igniting women that we questioned the client about changing the name. But since they were set on the acronym, we moved forward with the goal of avoiding any visuals currently being used: Women on fire, women holding flames, women with flowing, glowing hair.

Prior to developing logo concepts, our design team constructed a mood board based on our research creating a winning color palette that would be incorporated into the logo mark and promotional pieces.  

Three distinct logo concepts were presented. The logo that won the hearts of the Prouty i•Will team is fresh and unexpected conveying a pathway, a journey of steps toward a growing mind and body stretching experience. Not an overtly feminine design, it is a design that stands for empowerment and leadership.

FLYERS: A series of flyers promoting Prouty i•Will, outlines the program and its benefits to participants and employers. Front-side images were carefully chosen to be inclusive while visually representing the program’s content. 

BROCHURE: Inside view of the Prouty i•Will gate-fold brochure using custom on-location photography as part of its design. The brochure is an extension of the flyers including program details, benefits, and background stories of the program presenters who would be conducting the Prouty i•Will experience.

RESULTS:
The goal was to reach and enroll twenty women leaders and emerging leaders. Through promotional efforts — flyers, brochures, and email blasts — The Prouty i•Will launch was a resounding success.
